How can I find the shipping cost for my order?
Please proceed to the checkout and enter your shipping information. Once completed, a screen with the shipping cost will appear. Then if you wish to purchase just continue the process. Otherwise just clear the order. Credit information is required only when you decided to proceed with the purchase.
What are your Shipping Policies?
Orders are usually shipped within 2 days.
If for any reasons we cannot ship within 5 business days, we will advice
you immediately or as soon as we know.
We
ship via UPS standard, Fedex Ground or the Postal Services. A tracking
number (when available) is emailed upon shipping the order.
When you receive your order, please inspect and notify us and the carrier of
any apparent damages to the shipping containers. All orders are insured
against shipping damaged under normal conditions.
What warranty do you offer on
your products?
All our products come with a 1 year limited warranty on craftsmanship work.
We will replace or repair, at our sole
discretion, the product in a timely matter.
Do you offer a Satisfaction
Guarantee or Money Back Option?
You have 7 days to inspect the product. If you are not satisfied with
your purchase, please notify us to obtain all pertinent information to return
the merchandise. (See return Policy below).
Products that were custom made cannot be returned.
All products that were ordered with the
optional stain or paint finishes may be returned at our discretion and are
subject to a 20% restocking fees.
Large
items (like Giant dog house) may be subject to a restocking fee
What is your Return Policy?
In the unlikely event a product must be returned, please contact us to
obtain a RMA number, and all pertinent information required. Returned shipments
must be prepaid as C.O.D. deliveries will not be accepted. Product must
be in original condition and returned in the original packaging.
What is JustCedar™ ?
JustCedar is a trademark of RTA Woodworking
Inc. It certifies that the product was manufactured by RTA Woodworking Inc. It
also certifies that a JustCedar product is built entirely of cedar, except when
specified otherwise. (added options like insulation, protective panels, and
more)
Any reproduction of JustCedar
product and materials is prohibited without the written consent of RTA
Woodworking Inc.
